Mark Towers is a lecturer in Music Technology and a Digital Curriculum Development Coach at Leicester College. As an experienced Ableton Certified Trainer, Mark’s teaching practice is profoundly based on developing and implementing new technologies within a range of disciplines spanning creative composition, object-based programming, multimedia applications and live performance techniques.

Mark builds unique software devices for use in music production and performance such as generative sequencers and performance-based rhythm machines. Mark is currently working in collaboration with Isotonik Studios, creating the Arcade Series, a collection of retro video game inspired tools built in Max for Live.
